Background: The crook hiack the e-Visa website by copying the HTML source of the original website. The currently-running website is a total mess now. Travellers are advised not to use http://evisa.mfaic.gov.kh. Pls apply Visa onarrival instead, the fee is USD20, done at the border with two passport size pictures.
